Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Holiday Consultant based in Kozhikode. The Senior Holiday Consultant will manage all aspects of travel planning and coordination for clients, including creating personalized itineraries, booking travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the trip planning process. The role also involves offering expert recommendations, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on current travel trends and destinations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in travel planning, itinerary customization, and travel booking systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations, trends, and tourism industry practices
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer software and travel-related tools
• Flexibility to adapt to client preferences and deliver high-quality services
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage
