Senior Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth across IoT, EV, and mobility segments.
  • New Business Development:

    Identify and acquire new clients, including

    OEMs, fleet operators, EV manufacturers, and logistics companies

    .
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Market Expansion:

    Identify new markets and partnership opportunities to expand company presence in the connected mobility ecosystem.
  • Team Leadership:

    Manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve collective business goals.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure:

    Lead end-to-end client negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align customer requirements with company offerings.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics and forecasts to senior management.
  • Customer Retention:

    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups, support, and service quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum

    7+ years of experience

    in B2B sales within IoT, Automotive, EV, or Mobility industries.
  • Proven record of

    achieving and exceeding sales targets

    .
  • Strong

    network within the automotive or EV ecosystem

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    (Salesforce, Odoo, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Engineering, Business, Marketing
