Senior Hardware Design Engineer

As a senior hardware design engineer, you play a crucial role in developing and implementing electro-mechanical systems for avionics and other electronic systems in aerospace projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you ensure the successful integration of electronic components with mechanical systems into UAS. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects at the forefront of aerospace technology. - Spearhead complex electronics system design, analysis, and integration - Design high-precision electro-mechanical systems and select key electronics and mechanical components - Test and validate systems, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless integration - Develop and implement testing and verification strategies for robustness and integrity of embedded software and mechanical systems - Identify and mitigate risks associated with embedded software development and mechanical systems - Establish world-class safety standards and engineering solutions with high robustness and value addition - Deliver designs that are high performance, reliable, scalable to manufacture, easy to maintain, and reusable The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Aeronautical with a strong instinct for electro-mechanical design and a thorough understanding of dynamics and control. Hands-on expertise in housing electronic and circuit assembly, basic knowledge of parametric modeling CAD software, and familiarity with GD&T and tolerance stack-up are essential. Experience in designing electro-mechanical/robotic systems, designing electronic circuits and embedded system circuits, and reviewing and modifying circuits, wiring, and PCB layouts is required. Additionally, experience in working with high-quality systems integrating mechanical and electronics hardware in an Indian or global company, or studying at a reputed academic institution with a demonstrated initiative and rigor for learning and creating innovative engineering solutions, is preferred.,
