Senior Guest Service Associate

**Job Description** As a member of our team, your role is crucial in ensuring customer service excellence at all times. You will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience throughout their visit or stay. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional customer service to all guests - Support and mentor junior associates in daily tasks - Delegate tasks effectively and foster collaboration within the team - Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally - Identify solutions quickly to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain the brand's reputation - Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures - Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless service delivery - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, and transactions - Compile daily reports and communicate updates to supervisors and relevant departments **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in BSc Hotel Management or equivalent - Diploma in a relevant field - 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role In addition to these responsibilities, you will be working full-time in a permanent position with benefits such as provided food and a provident fund.
