Senior Guest Service Associate

As a candidate for the Customer Service Excellence role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This includes warmly greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience throughout their visit or stay. Your key responsibilities will involve team leadership, where you will support and mentor junior associates, delegate tasks, foster collaboration, and maintain high service standards in alignment with company policies and guest expectations. You will also be in charge of handling problem resolution by addressing guest complaints and escalations professionally, identifying solutions quickly to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining the brand's reputation for quality service. In terms of operational support, you will manage front desk operations, which includes overseeing check-in/check-out procedures, handling cash transactions, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance for seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, and transactions, compiling daily reports, and communicating updates to supervisors and relevant departments. Qualifications Required: - Degree in BSc Hotel Management or equivalent - Diploma - 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role The company offers benefits such as food provisions and provident fund.
