Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

● Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

● Creative Direction: Define and oversee the execution of branding, identity design, packaging, and digital media projects.

● Project Oversight: Ensure all projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.

● Client Collaboration: Work directly with corporate clients to understand their creative needs and deliver tailored design solutions.

● Workflow Management: Streamline design workflows, establish creative guidelines, and maintain quality control.

Whom We’re Looking For:

● Experience: 5+ years in branding, packaging, and digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

● Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Motion graphics experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

● Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage a team, provide constructive feedback, and drive creative excellence.

● Client Management: Experience working with corporate brands and delivering solutions that align with their business goals.

● Strategic Thinking: Ability to execute designs, shape brand narratives, and contribute to Pixel Street’s creative vision.
