We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our awesome marketing team! If you are creative, innovative, and energetic, and if you love attracting people with your writing, we want you on our team! Create and implement social media strategies that are clear, measurable, and true to our brand. Work with our creative team to produce engaging, well-crafted content that speaks to real people. Build & manage community interactions responding to comments and building meaningful relationships without the usual hype. Use data to understand what s working and pivot strategies as needed to maximise results. Keep current with what genuinely drives engagement on social platforms, rather than following every fad. 3+ years of hands-on social media management, preferably in a digital agency or startup environment. Clear, practical communication skills with the ability to craft messages that cut through clutter. Strong analytical abilities to turn social data into actionable insights. A creative yet practical mindset for content that truly resonates. A Bachelor s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
