Senior Graphics Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating visual communication for campaigns across various mediums such as print, digital, web, and video. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end creation of visual communication to translate communication objectives into compelling visual stories that enhance the brand and engage diverse audiences. - Conceptualizing and executing creative ideas for social media, websites, emailers, brochures, posters, event branding, title graphics for videos, and other marketing collaterals. - Understanding briefs, proposing design directions, and delivering high-quality outputs within specified timelines by working closely with the communications, content, web, and video teams. - Developing visual identities, maintaining brand guidelines, preparing print-ready artwork, and ensuring design consistency across all platforms. - Mentoring junior designers, coordinating with vendors and printers, and contributing to brainstorming and campaign planning. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Visual Media, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of Dreamweaver or equivalent web tools. - Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
