Role: Senior Graphics Designer / Design Lead

Location: Rishihood University, Sonepat, NCR of Delhi.

We’re looking for a creative Designer with 4-6 years of experience in visual storytelling - designing engaging and visually striking content across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of visual design principles and be capable of producing a wide range of creative assets including social media posts, thumbnails, and marketing creatives. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with designers, editors, and other stakeholders.

• Lead a small team of graphic designers and help us build this team
  

• UX design for landing pages and website
  

• Ideate new creatives and help us make scalable creative templates
  

• Design creative graphics for social media, YouTube thumbnails, digital campaigns, and ads
  

• Translate ideas and briefs into effective visual communication.
  

• Can work independently, taking ownership of design tasks from concept to execution
  

• Stay updated with current design trends and platform-specific creative formats
  

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience as a Graphic or Creative Designer.
  
• UI/UX design proficiency
  
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity with tools like Figma and Canva.
  

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and composition.
  

• A collaborative mindset with flexibility to align with team workflows and maintain consistent brand language across content.
  

• A diverse and compelling portfolio is mandatory – applications without portfolios will not be considered.
  

• Experience in fast-paced content creation environments such as digital media, social media marketing, or content studios.
  

• Ability to contribute fresh design ideas, mood-boards, and creative concepts.
