About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design for websites, motion graphics, and video editing—especially for social platforms like Instagram. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital touchpoints, from web to social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and web applications
• Collaborate with web developers to implement and update design changes directly on websites (basic knowledge of CMS/editing tools is preferred)
• Create engaging motion graphics for web, social, and marketing content
• Edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos aligned with our brand aesthetics and voice
• Ensure consistency of design across all platforms and marketing channels
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop and execute creative concepts
• Take ownership of visual storytelling to drive engagement and brand growth
• Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and motion design
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD/Figma)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive web design
• Experience with website editing (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms)
• Proven ability to create high-quality social media content, especially video content for platforms like Instagram
• Strong visual, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
• Experience with branding and campaign ideation
• Familiarity with motion design trends on social platforms
