Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Graphic Designer Video Editor

who is highly skilled in creating

static creatives, social media carousels, GIFs, short-form videos, motion graphics, and ad creatives

for various marketing and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on creator with strong conceptual thinking, excellent design aesthetics, and expert-level editing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

 

Graphic Design

  • Create visually compelling

    static creatives, banners, infographics, carousels, and digital ads

    for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop design assets for websites, emailers, presentations, and promotional material.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while delivering creative excellence.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality visual concepts.

Video Editing Motion Graphics

  • Produce high-quality videos, reels, explainers, ads, promos, and platform-based content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
  • Edit and enhance raw footage, add sound effects, voiceovers, captions, and visual enhancements.
  • Create GIFs, transitions, and short engaging video content tailored for social media and ads.
  • Ideate and execute video-based storytelling aligned with marketing objectives.

Collaboration Strategy

  • Collaborate closely with the content teams to understand requirements and produce high-quality creatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to plan and execute design and video assets that support branding, campaigns, and product communication.
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user engagement and visual consistency.
  • Stay updated on the latest design, video editing, and social media content trends to continuously improve in-house creative output.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in motion graphics, video editing, and color grading.
  • Expertise in tools like Figma for UI/UX design collaboration.
  • Proven ability to translate ideas into high-impact visuals and videos.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across social media, advertising, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • bachelors degree in Design/Visual Arts/Media (preferred but not mandatory).
