As a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor at our company, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content with a focus on social media, presentations, UI/UX mockups, and video projects. Your expertise in Canva, Figma, and video editing tools will be crucial in ensuring brand consistency and engaging content across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design social media creatives, banners, ads, presentations, and marketing collateral. - Produce video content, including editing, motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos. - Develop UI/UX mockups and wireframes using Figma in collaboration with product and tech teams. - Maintain brand identity consistency across all visual communication materials. - Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver visually compelling assets. - Stay informed about design trends, social media formats, and industry standards. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. - Organize design files, templates, and video resources in a centralized library. - Optimize designs based on performance metrics and feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing roles. - Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other design tools. - Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, motion graphics, and video-editing projects. - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Ability to translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs. - Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in 2D animations, motion graphics, or advanced video editing. - Familiarity with UI/UX frameworks and prototyping tools. - Proficiency in creating storyboards for video projects. - Background in brand strategy and visual identity development.
