Job Role:

As a Senior Graphic Designer on our Events Team, you’ll be the creative mind behind some of India’s most prestigious and high-impact events. From immersive venue branding to high-conversion digital banners, from elegant print ads to scroll-stopping social creatives — you’ll help us elevate every visual touchpoint.

What You’ll Do:

• Understand creative briefs and develop original concepts that align with event goals

• Design a wide array of marketing and event materials: logos, illustrations, print ads, venue branding, digital banners, social posts, invites, decks, and more

• Present ideas with confidence and clarity — both internally and to stakeholders

• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing leads, and event managers to bring ideas to life

• Lead visual consistency across media — from physical spaces to digital platforms

• Translate feedback into refined, polished design solutions

• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technology

• Mentor junior designers and help build a high-performance creative culture

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally with exposure to creative agencies or event marketing

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and design finesse across formats

• Mastery of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, etc.)

• Solid understanding of colour, typography, layout, and branding principles

• Experience in print and digital production workflows

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines
