Role Overview
If you obsess over typography, spacing, consistency, and why a design works—not just how—this role is for you.
• Lead creative direction for key client accounts
• Review and improve work of junior designers
• Collaborate with performance marketers to iterate creatives based on data
• Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and UI/UX designers
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines without quality drop
• Ability to conceptualize campaigns, not just execute briefs
• Attention to detail bordering on obsession (this is a compliment)
• Motion graphics / basic After Effects
• Someone who can say “this won’t work” and explain why
• Design thinking + business thinking
• High ownership, low ego
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
• Someone who raises the standard, not blends into it
