Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at a manufacturing company. You will

create on-brand visual content for marketing, product materials, social media and internal

communications. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Marketing & Communications

team, manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work.

Key details

• Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

• Produce visual assets for branding, social media, digital marketing, product collateral and
• presentations.
• Work with Project Managers to develop, monitor and revise project scopes, timelines and
• processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and other departments to ensure consistent
• branding.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative work follows corporate identity.
• Prepare simple motion graphics and edit short marketing videos (if applicable).
• Stay updated with design trends, tools and best practices.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments or manufacturing-related marketing.

Must-have skills and experience

• Strong experience designing print collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, Banners,
• magazines and other marketing materials.
• Strong portfolio showing work in branding, social media, digital marketing and product design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and seniority levels.
• Strong sense of typography, colours theory, layout and attention to detail.

Tools and technical skills

• Essential: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides.
• Also useful / frequently used: Canva, Figma.
• Nice to have: After Effects, Premiere Pro (motion graphics / video editing).
