Job Title: Tally Prime Operator (Purchase Engineer/Executive)
Location: Kuruli, Chakan
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: As per interview performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in Tally Prime.
• Maintain and update purchase records, vendor details, and pricing information.
• Track and follow up on pending Purchase Orders and deliveries.
• Process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes in Tally Prime.
• Handle GST, TDS entries, and other statutory compliance in purchase transactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, price negotiations, and timely deliveries.
• Assist in stock verification and reconciliation.
• Generate and analyze purchase-related reports (Pending PO, DC, Ledger, etc.) from Tally Prime.
• Support the finance/accounts team with accurate purchase data.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of purchase records.
• Visit the vendor office to solve the problems.
• Raise Purchase Orders (PO) in Tally.
• Extract and maintain reports from Tally (e.g., Pending PO, Delivery Challan (DC), Ledger, etc.).
• Manage invoice booking in Tally.
• Handle TDS deductions, debit notes, and credit notes in Tally.
• Assist in stock-taking and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain vendor records and support procurement documentation.
• Prepare and analyze basic reports using MS Excel.
