Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment and be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.

You’ll be responsible for leading visual design projects across digital campaigns, social media, brand identity, and UI/UX—bringing ideas to life through compelling static and motion design. You’ll work closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and developers to create eye-catching visuals that drive engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, web design, email marketing, and digital ads.

Create and animate motion graphics using After Effects for videos, ads, and social media content.

Design wireframes, landing pages, and user interface components using Figma, maintaining user-centric design principles.

Work closely with performance marketing and content teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Help maintain and evolve brand identities for multiple clients across different industries.

Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.

Mentor junior designers or interns when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.

Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, formats, and requirements (web, mobile, social media, ads).

Excellent portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, digital design, and motion graphics work.

Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling abilities.

Ability to take creative direction and feedback, and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
