Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for branding, packaging, and digital campaigns across multiple product categories.
• Interpret briefs and independently deliver high-quality, production-ready designs.
• Oversee the visual identity of key brands and ensure consistency across all assets.
• Guide junior designers, review their work, and provide structured creative feedback.
• Collaborate with CGI/render artists to create compelling 3D visuals, product imagery, and promotional materials.
• Work with UI/UX teams to ensure brand alignment across websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
• Oversee photography direction, creative styling, moodboard development, and visual storytelling.
• Develop new design frameworks, templates, and design systems for scalable output.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years

  of professional graphic design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

  , and familiarity with Figma/Canva for digital creatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced design work across branding, packaging, and digital applications.
• Ability to take ownership of entire creative pipelines with minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and technology teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Understanding of print processes, dielines, pre-press preparation, and production workflows.
