Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Patna- In-office Position: Full Time We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design and a strong command of Figma. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design trends, and the ability to create compelling designs across digital and print media. You will play a critical role in elevating our brand presence and ensuring a cohesive visual identity. Job Description: ● Figma Expertise: ○ Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for digital platforms using Figma. ○ Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to refine and finalize designs. ● Visual Design & Branding : ○ Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including websites, marketing campaigns, social media assets, presentations, and more. ○ Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials. ● Collaborative Design: ○ Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. ○ Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering skill development and a high standard of work. ● Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on all design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, alignment with project objectives, and high visual standards. Desired Skills: ● Experience: ○ 3 to 4years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects in digital and print media. ○ Proven experience in designing with Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. ● Design Expertise: ○ Advanced knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. ○ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). ○ Experience with motion graphics tools, lottie animation (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. ● Creative Thinking: ○ Strong ability to conceptualize and execute unique and effective design solutions. ○ Ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines and business objectives. ● Collaboration & Communication: ○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively. ○ Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Organizational Skills: ○ Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
