Senior Graphic Designer – eCommerce Focus (GIFs + Static Creatives)

About Us

At Vysta Paid Media Group, we manage millions in ad spend across eCommerce brands, building and scaling direct-response strategies that convert. We’re launching a dedicated advertorial and listicle department to supercharge our creative funnel and need a top-tier Senior Graphic Designer to bring that vision to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-converting static and animated (GIF) creatives for advertorials, product showcases, and listicle-driven ad campaigns.
• Craft scroll-stopping visuals that align with performance marketing strategies for Meta, Google, TikTok, and native ad platforms.
• Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to align messaging and visuals for direct-response outcomes.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple eCommerce brands and verticals.
• Contribute to A/B testing ideas and analyze what creative elements drive clicks and conversions.
• Work in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment with multiple deliverables each week.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in eCommerce design, with a portfolio showcasing high-performing static and GIF creatives.
• Deep understanding of advertorial/listicle formats and how to visually support persuasive storytelling.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or similar motion/GIF tools).
• Proven ability to design for mobile-first audiences.
• Experience in direct-response marketing, particularly in paid social and display advertising.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing within frameworks for native ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).
• Knowledge of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS) and how design influences results.
• Prior work with dropshipping, supplements, or high-ticket products.
