Role Overview:

As the Sr Graphic Designer, you will oversee the entire creative output of the agency, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in design. You will collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creative team, setting a high standard for visual design across all mediums.
• Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
• Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
• Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices.
• Collaborate with developers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver seamless creative solutions.
• Review, guide, and approve final artwork before release.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
• Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.
• Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
