The Graphic Designer + Video Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality creatives and videos for digital and offline marketing campaigns. This includes assets for social media, performance ads, website, in-store branding, email campaigns, and more. The ideal candidate is someone who can blend Apple’s aesthetic with Aptronix’s brand tonality, ensuring all design output is premium, clean, and on-brand.


Key Responsibilities


· Design static, carousel, and video-based graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display, and CRM campaigns.

· Develop campaign themes and visual identity for product launches, festive sales, and in-store promotions.

· Design store branding assets including standees, backdrops, banners, and POS materials.

· Create visuals and A/B testing variations for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.

· Edit and produce high-quality, platform-optimized video content including reels, ads, and explainers using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, with a strong sense of storytelling and pacing.

· Transform raw footage into compelling content through color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects tailored to campaign goals and brand aesthetics.

· Collaborate closely with the social media SPOC to execute the monthly content calendar.

· Ensure all visual content aligns with Aptronix’s brand guidelines and Apple’s global standards.

· Support influencer campaigns, partner promotions, and product demo visuals.

· Develop creatives for emailers, event invitations, and landing pages.

· Maintain an organized design archive for version control, scalability, and team collaboration.

· Strong research skills to draw visual inspiration from trends, global campaigns, and competitor analysis.


Requirements


·       Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

·       3-4 years of experience as a graphic designer in a consumer-facing brand, retail or agency.

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).

·       Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.

·       Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva Pro, etc.) is a plus.

·       Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand storytelling.

·       A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, premium aesthetic, and campaign execution
