Job Summary:

Are you a versatile and strategic designer who thrives on bringing different brand voices to life? 360iResearch, a leading market research and intelligence firm, is looking for a polished Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be the creative force behind our visual assets, translating complex data and business concepts into clear, compelling, and aesthetically outstanding designs across multiple platforms.


What You’ll Do:

  • Conceptualize and Execute:

    Design a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media campaigns, marketing collateral, website graphics, infographics, and detailed research reports.
  • Brand Stewardship:

    Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency and quality across all materials while skillfully adapting style and tone for different sub-brands or campaign initiatives.
  • Data Visualization:

    Transform complex datasets and market insights into clean, engaging, and easy-to-understand infographics and presentation decks.
  • Multi-Project Management:

    Juggle multiple design projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deliverables from initial brief to final production.
  • Collaborate for Impact:

    Work closely with content creators, marketers, and researchers to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:

    3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or a corporate environment with a diverse brand portfolio.
  • Portfolio:

    A strong, polished portfolio showcasing your ability to work across multiple brands with distinct visual identities and voices. Your portfolio must demonstrate versatility.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
  • Design Fundamentals:

    An expert understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strategic Mindset:

    The ability to think critically, understand the "why" behind a design request, and articulate your creative decisions.
  • Professionalism:

    Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
