We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a refined eye for detail, bold ideas, and the technical skills to execute across print, digital, and motion platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact design projects across digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, content strategists, and developers to bring brand visions to life.
• Develop and maintain brand identity systems and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers and help elevate the overall design quality of the team.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Present design concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Thrive ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases branding, typography, layout, and conceptual thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma or other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, UX/UI fundamentals, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, managing feedback and revisions effectively.
• Motion design, video editing, or 3D design experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
