Responsibilities Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and user intent. Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement. Optimize website content and meta descriptions for target keywords. Build high-quality backlinks through link-building campaigns. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms. Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices. Generate reports and track the success of SEO campaigns. Collaborate with the content marketing team to create SEO-friendly content. Essential Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in SEO execution. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with keyword research tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to track and measure SEO campaign success. Experience in the content marketing industry is a plus. Experience in the video-based website is a plus. About the Role We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer / Visual Artist to craft visually appealing and engaging designs. This role requires someone who is passionate about design, understands brand storytelling, and can manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media posts, website graphics, banners, branding materials, print collateral, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Select appropriate colors, fonts, images, layouts , and visual elements to bring creative concepts to life. Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements and brand guidelines. Create wireframes or mockups to visualize and present ideas. Prepare rough drafts and iterate based on feedback. Develop original illustrations, logos, icons, and design elements using graphic software or hand-sketching. Participate in photoshoots or video shoots when required for content creation. Maintain consistent brand voice across all design outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, web developers, and external vendors (printers, agencies, etc.). Communicate clearly with clients or stakeholders to understand project scope and feedback. Stay updated with the latest design trends , tools, and technologies. Ensure final graphics are aesthetically appealing, aligned with project goals, and delivered within deadlines and budgets. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva; familiarity with other relevant design and prototyping software is a plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital mediums, showcasing creativity, execution, and problem-solving through design. Excellent grasp of core design principles including: Color Theory Typography Layout and Composition Visual Hierarchy Basic Branding Principles Creative visual storytelling with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Adaptability and creative problem-solving , with a willingness to take feedback positively and revise designs accordingly. Good understanding of web design basics and user interface (UI) principles; UX familiarity is a bonus. Strong communication and time-management skills , especially in a collaborative or feedback-driven environment. Video editing or motion graphics experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a strong advantage. Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts , or a related creative field. Applicants with an art background will be preferred. 1–3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, design studio, or as a freelancer.
