Job Role: We are hiring a Senior Google Ads Manager with deep expertise in scaling international E-commerce clothing brands, especially in the US market. This role demands a data-driven performance marketer who can manage large advertising budgets, optimize campaigns for high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and drive profitable revenue growth across Google Ads ecosystems.

• Position: Senior Google Ads Manager
• Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any Stream
• Experience: 5-8 yrs experience in (E-commerce | US Market)
• Location: Sec-74 Mohali, Punjab (Work From Office)
• Salary Package: 6-15 LPA
• Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience managing Google Ads for international e-commerce brands (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience running USA market campaigns with documented performance results
• Expertise in Google Shopping Ads, Performance Max, Merchant Center, and feed optimization
• Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution
• Proven ability to handle large ad budgets and scale revenue profitably
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
• Experience in fashion, clothing, or apparel e-commerce is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, launch, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns for international e-commerce apparel brands
• Own and scale Google Merchant Center, including product feed optimization, diagnostics, and compliance
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for the US market
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and revenue targets
• Analyze performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio dashboards, and custom reports
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad creatives, product positioning, and landing page conversion rates
• Execute A/B testing for ads, bidding strategies, audiences, and landing pages
• Manage and scale high-budget Google Ads accounts while maintaining profitability
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, event setup, pixels, and attribution models
• Stay ahead of Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and e-commerce advertising trends.
