We are looking for a skilled Go (Golang) Developer with working knowledge of Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable backend systems using Go, and comfortable working with cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes for deployment, monitoring, and management. This is a hands-on engineering role that bridges application development and infrastructure orchestration, ideal for someone who enjoys both writing clean code and understanding how it runs in modern containerized environments. You will be involved in ensuring reliable, highly available, scalable, maintainable and highly secure systems. Candidates who fit these roles come from both systems and software development backgrounds. Your development background will help you in designing large scale, highly distributed and fault tolerant applications. Your systems background will help you in ensuring the uptime and reliability through monitoring deep system parameters and remediating issues at the systems level.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient applications usingthe Go programming language with a strong grasp of idiomatic Go, interfaces,channels, and goroutines.- Experience developing scalable backend services (microservices, APIs).- Understanding of REST and distributed systems.- Hands-on experience in Public Cloud – Azure, AWS, etc.- Experience with Docker and deploying containerized applications to Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts: pods, services, deployments, config maps,
secrets, health checks.
- Collaborating on the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for automated
testing and deployment. - Implement best practices for software development and infrastructuremanagement.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.- Write and maintain technical documentation.- Comfortable with logging/monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stackNew Relic, Splunk etc.- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in Kubernetes, Go, and cloud-nativetechnologies.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Management and leadership experience very helpful.
