About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our team and contribute to building a lift and shift agent. This agent will play a crucial role in migrating legacy applications to cloud infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology alongside a collaborative and innovative team.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implement a lift and shift agent for migrating applications to the cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility with various OS, programming languages, and cloud platforms.
Write efficient, scalable, and secure Golang code using frameworks like GIN, Revel, or Beego.
Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain the lift and shift agent.
Ensure security compliance with internal and industry standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Develop Linux shell scripts for automation and system administration tasks.
Debug software, systems, and network-related issues.
Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Golang development.
Strong expertise in GIN, Revel, or Beego frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Practical knowledge of Linux/Unix platforms.
Proficiency in Linux shell scripting.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
