Senior Golang Developer

As a Senior Golang Developer at our Digital Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in designing complex modules, critical components, or entire applications/products. You will have the vision to integrate solutions across multiple systems, working independently as a technical leader. Your responsibilities include driving design and development efforts related to architecture, scalability, availability, and performance in alignment with the product/application roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in Design, Architecture, Development, Continuous Integration and Delivery - Subject matter expert in processes and methodologies, adapting and improvising in various situations - Proficient in influencing technical decisions within engineering and product teams - Mastery of core data structures, algorithms, and ability to implement them using the language of choice - Defining and owning coding and design standards, ensuring secure development practices, and managing CI/CD pipelines - Applying principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Golang development - Experience with AWS cloud and its Services - Strong coding experience with design patterns and coding standards - Experience working with Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NonRelational DBs (Mongo DB) - Technical design and architecture creation experience (good to have) - Leading the technical team, governance, code reviews, and delivery experience (good to have) About Us: We are an energy technology company with a global presence, offering innovative solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
