Senior Golang Developer

Role Overview: As a skilled Go (Golang) Developer with experience in Kubernetes, you will play a crucial role in building scalable backend systems using Go and working with cloud-native technologies for deployment, monitoring, and management. This hands-on engineering role requires a strong understanding of application development and infrastructure orchestration in modern containerized environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications using the Go programming language with a strong grasp of idiomatic Go, interfaces, channels, and goroutines. - Develop scalable backend services such as microservices and APIs. - Understand REST and distributed systems. - Have hands-on experience in Public Cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, etc. - Deploy containerized applications to Kubernetes and understand Kubernetes concepts like pods, services, deployments, config maps, secrets, and health checks. - Collaborate on designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. - Implement best practices for software development and infrastructure management. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and write technical documentation. - Utilize logging/monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, New Relic, Splunk, etc. - Stay updated on advancements in Kubernetes, Go, and cloud-native technologies. - Demonstrate good communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Previous management and leadership experience is beneficial. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Golang, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.), Microservices, Git, Linux, and System Monitoring and Logging.
