Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Golang Developer

on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise in

Go (Golang)

, deep knowledge of

Linux

, and hands-on experience with

microservices architecture

networking

, and

streaming technologies

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with development team leads on assigned technical tasks.
Communicate effectively and work with limited supervision.
Contribute to system design and implementation discussions.
Explore and adopt new technologies when required.
Handle challenges in a fast-paced technical environment efficiently.

Must-Have Skills

7+ years
of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in
Golang
development.
Solid understanding of
software design principles
.
Proficient in
Linux OS internals
memory management, process handling, file systems, and system daemons.
Fluent with
Linux command line
and
shell scripting
.
Working knowledge of
servers (Nginx, Apache)
,
proxy servers
, and
load balancing
.
Good understanding of
service-based architecture
and
microservices
.
Experience with
AV codecs
,
MPEG-TS
, and
adaptive streaming protocols
such as
DASH
and
HLS
.
Strong grasp of
computer networking concepts
.
Working knowledge of
relational databases
