Job Description

Carry out FMEA of various types of rotary equipment and implement Reliability Centred
Maintenance (RCM) at sites.

Prepare, review and update specifications for new equipment; and standard maintenance
procedures for operating equipment.

Review and update Condition Monitoring Predictive Maintenance plans and schedules for all
rotary equipment.

Conduct review root Cause analysis and troubleshooting of chronic issues related to rotary
equipment and recommend corrective measures.

Review, analysis and recommendations of spares management, obsolescence, critical planned
/unplanned repairs, major overhauls and refurbishment of rotary equipment.

Conduct and witness performance testing of rotary equipment at site vendor works

Initiate and review modifications in rotary equipment to enhance reliability, availability and
efficiency.

Initiate and review new equipment through minor projects management of change, including
equipment selection, specification, FAT SAT, installation and commissioning.
