Job Title: Senior Geologist – Mining (Open-Cast Manganese Mines)

Location: Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA (based on experience & expertise)

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years (10+ preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Geologist to lead exploration, mine planning, and compliance functions at our open-cast manganese mining operations in Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in geological studies, mine development, and resource management, with strong adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct exploration and prospecting activities to identify mineral deposits.
• Collect and analyze geological samples for accurate resource/reserve estimation.
• Support mine planning, drilling, blasting, and haulage strategies.
• Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Prepare detailed geological mapping, documentation, and progress reports.
• Provide developmental support for efficient mine operations.
• Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvements.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of mining laws, DGMS guidelines, and safety standards.
• Excellent planning, execution, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities.
• Expertise in fieldwork and geological mapping.
• Commitment to sustainability, compliance, and safety.

Working Conditions

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience as a Geologist in mining.
• Prior experience in open-pit/cast manganese mines is essential.
• Willingness to relocate/migrate to the project location
