Senior Functional Remediation Coordinator

You will be working as an AVP, Senior Functional Remediation Coordinator at Synchrony, a leading consumer financial services company known for its digitally enabled product suites. As an AVP, you will be leading complex consumer remediations involving multiple levels of customer harm, ambiguity, or regulatory complexity. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of complex and moderately complex remediations, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive remediation efforts autonomously, mentoring and coaching team members, and driving process improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for making decisions on remediation approaches, timelines, and resource allocation with a high level of autonomy. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to optimize customer remediation methods and improve organizational efficiency. This role will require effective communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration across departments to ensure coordinated execution of remediation plans.
