Join our team as a Senior Functional Engineer specializing in Workday Prism Analytics.

You will lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions that drive strategic decisions by integrating and analyzing diverse data sources. Collaborate with business leaders and data teams to tailor insights that meet client needs. If you have strong experience in business intelligence and Workday Prism, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to design and configure Workday Prism Analytics solutions
• Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and reporting tools
• Integrate internal and external data sources and build ETL pipelines
• Ensure data accuracy by validating and cleansing datasets
• Create custom dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with business leaders and data teams to align solutions with goals
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on Prism Analytics tools
• Document analytics solutions and maintain technical documentation
• Stay informed on updates and best practices in Workday Prism Analytics

Requirements

• Experience of 5 years in business intelligence, analytics, or data consulting
• Experience of at least 3 years with hands-on Workday Prism Analytics solutions
• Workday Prism Analytics certification preferred
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Ability to design and implement ETL pipelines and data models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders
• English proficiency at professional working level

• Workday Prism Analytics certification
• Certifications in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
