We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in SAP VIM to join our Technology and Business Consulting team.

You will collaborate closely with finance and procurement teams to optimize SAP VIM functionalities and ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA. Apply now to contribute to impactful projects and advance your career in SAP consulting.

Responsibilities

• Resolve SAP VIM tickets and change requests promptly
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align SAP VIM functionalities with business requirements
• Customize and optimize SAP VIM features including invoice capture, data extraction, workflow approval, and reporting
• Facilitate integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and related systems to ensure data accuracy
• Conduct system testing, identify issues, and ensure efficient SAP VIM operation
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on SAP VIM features and troubleshooting
• Monitor industry trends and implement SAP VIM system upgrades and enhancements
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and budgets
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides related to SAP VIM
• Lead small teams to deliver support and project objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP VIM
• Strong understanding of vendor invoice management processes and accounts payable best practices
• Proven ability to configure and customize SAP VIM functionalities
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience integrating SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems
• SAP VIM certification highly preferred
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
