About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications. As a senior developer, you will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the best practices in coding and development are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using React (front-end) and modern backend technologies (Node.js/Express, etc.).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture.
• Solid backend development experience in Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control tools (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
