About The Role

Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Python on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Client Interaction: Act as a technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Architecture: Collaborate with the team to design scalable and secure software architecture.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in full-stack software development.
• Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Frontend Skills: Solid experience with React.js OR Angular.
• Cloud Experience: Basic knowledge of GCP is required; exposure to AWS or Azure is a plus.
• DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
  

Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have)

• Experience in a client-facing role or stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of people management or mentoring a small team.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
