About The Role As a Cloud Consultant (Sales) at Cloudside Technologies, you will be responsible for generating demand and consulting with CXO stakeholders about our service offerings. You will collaborate closely with Google/AWS Field and customer engineering teams to advocate our expertise in Cloud, Data, and AI/ML services. This role requires the ability to engage decision makers in Startups, ScaleUps, Enterprise & ISV’s with a compelling value proposition for advanced cloud services. You should have the ability to articulate and demonstrate cloud services suitable for customer workloads, keep up with the pace of innovation on the public cloud, and actively listen to prospects to uncover opportunities for Cloudside. Candidate Qualifications As a qualified candidate, you should have 1-3 years of sales experience. Additionally, you should possess the ability to use prospecting toolsets and conduct campaigns, cold calling when necessary. An understanding of Google Cloud Platform/AWS services and the ability to map problem statements to solution offerings is essential. You should also be adept at establishing and maintaining customer relationships, interpreting customer requirements, and persuading clients about the suitability of our products or services. Continuous learning and professional networking are also key aspects of this role. Required Skills Prospecting toolsets and campaign management Cold calling Understanding of Google Cloud Platform/AWS services Customer relationship management Persuasion and negotiation skills Great to Have Certifications in GCP and/or AWS at practitioner or professional level, strong problem-solving and presentation skills, and active participation in industry forums and associations.
