Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase services, and AI-powered solutions.
• Utilize AI tools to speed up development cycles and enhance productivity.
• Implement advanced stitching methods for seamless app modules and component integration.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure app quality and stability across Android and iOS platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, mobile development, and AI-driven development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Flutter & Dart.
• Proven track record of publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools for mobile development and ability to achieve speedy results using AI assistance.
• Hands-on experience with stitching methods for modular app building.
• Solid debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Vesu, Surat.
• Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Knowledge of state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of clean architecture and best coding practices.
• Leadership or mentorship experience in managing small development teams.
• Interest in AI/ML-based applications (bonus, since ALGOBRAIN AI focuses on AI solutions).
