Job Description

Role Overview: As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cash flow, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with the company's financial strategy and objectives. You will research revenue opportunities, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement. Leveraging previous experience in handling 2000 crore businesses, you will manage all financial operations for the company and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals. Utilizing extensive knowledge of supply chain and agriculture sectors, you will drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and risk management. Leading negotiations with banks and financial institutions for debt financing/refinancing, restructuring, and working capital arrangements will be crucial to maintaining optimal liquidity. You will prepare and present detailed financial reports, company data, and strategic insights to investors and management. Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team will be essential to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence. Handling day-to-day financial operations, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define financial strategies and implement growth-oriented business decisions will be critical. Ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implementing robust internal controls to safeguard company assets will be key to success. Identifying and mitigating financial risks to ensure long-term financial stability and profitability for the company will also be a priority. Qualification Required: - 15 years of experience in financial management, including a minimum of 5 years in senior financial roles. - Masters degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance. - Strong knowledge of accounting software (Zoho Books preferred) and financial reporting tools. - Proven experience managing financial operations within distribution centers, including inventory and logistics. - Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning. - Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit. - Strong leadership and team management skills.,
