Senior Financial Analyst - APAC WA

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Drive Standardization, Centralization and Process Optimization within World Area Financial Reporting

• Point of Contact for Functional Consultancy for World Area Automation Projects

• Drive Automation Projects for Orders, sales and Backlog Reporting

• Improve Headcount Reporting and standardize process at World Area level

• Develop month-end Reconciliation processes e. g. Oracle/One BI/HCM vs HFM

• Support the monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist on monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes processes

• Establish automation processes by considering dynamic scenarios

• Create process and end-user documentation

• Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.

• Support in Ad-hoc requests

• Drive continuous process improvement culture within group
  

Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Finance Professional with minimum 6 years of FP&A domain experience

• Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, Advance Excel and Power BI

• Strong Communication Skills & cross functional Interactions

• Analytical thinking ability and good team player

• Action Oriented and driving for Results

• Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.

• Manages stakeholder, Situational adaptability

• Manages complexities & Manages ambiguity.

• Qualified CA/ MBA in Finance

• Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management

• Power BI or related presentation tools
