Senior Finance Manager | B2B SaaS Portfolio Company

One of our B2B SaaS companies is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the business to drive the Finance function as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Drive clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accounting with external vendors
• Drive strong financial controls and processes for the business in line with US and India regulations
• Manage tax reporting for the entities in India and the US
• Manage the treasury function including cashflow management, and all banking relationships
• Help the founder with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Help the founder with financial and investor reporting

Qualifications

• Someone currently based in Bangalore
• Between 5 and 10 years of experience
• CA/CPA preferred
• Someone with a big 4 background would be advantageous
• Prior experience working in a startup would be highly advantageous
• Someone with experience with SaaS models and the experience dealing with clients in the US would be considered an ideal profile
• Someone who embraces ambiguity and thrives on building things from the ground up
