Job Description

One of our Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a hungry, dynamic Head of Customer Success to join the business and drive all onboarding, usage, and renewal programs for the business. Responsibilities Work with the Founders to shape the overall account management, renewal, and expansion strategy Proactively liaise with customers, understand their expectations, build trust and maintain rapport Drives renewals by identifying customers' key pain points and working internally to make sure they're addressed Build and own the process of customer onboarding, training, and support Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals Qualifications At least 5 to 7 years of experience Prior B2B Customer Success experience is critical Prior experience dealing with BFSI clients would be an advantage Someone with technical knowledge would be an advantage Technology or Start-up experience is nice to have Proactive and hustler mentality Show more Show less
