• Preparing and updating data for the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing within defined timelines and accuracy in creation of financial statements with strict adherence to statutory compliances and the internal policies.
• Creating and reviewing quarterly balance sheet and P & L fluctuation analysis and presenting the results.
• Timely consolidation and reconciliation of accounts including balance sheet and foreign currency accounting.
• Interfacing with stakeholders in different departments, including engineering, sales operations, IT and legal for inputs and data.
• Monitoring and tracking inputs of TDS Compilation to reflect in transactions and ledger and prepare the relevant reports.
• Facilitating the audit with proper closure including preparation of audit schedules, assisting the auditors with required data and statements and response to queries raised.
• Assisting with Banking related issues and help resolve payment issues.
• Monitoring, review and control of operations in line with the organizations policies and procedures and strict adherence to internal controls and best practices defined.
• Updates and maintains Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that policies and procedures are being adhered to, with view to comply with ICFR.
• Supporting the timely, preparation, filing and payment of the European federal and state / local income tax provisions and VAT returns working with corporate tax team and local tax advisers as may be required.
• Maintaining the Fixed Asset depreciation system for income and tax purposes.
• Periodic review of vendor listings for non-active accounts or blocks with real time updating of record.
• Implementing or enhancing processes to further streamline to enable more accurate and timely reporting.
• Participating in design / configuration and rolling out of new initiates for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process.
