What You’ll Do • Own and evolve financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow analysis for multi-million dollar renewable projects. • Partner directly with the C-suite and project leads to shape strategy with real financial insight. • Prepare and deliver high-stakes presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives. • Monitor industry trends, cost curves, and energy market shifts to guide decision-making. • Help scale Osten Renewables as we expand into new markets and technologies. What You Bring • 5–10 years of dynamic experience in finance, investment, or energy-related industries. • Mastery in Excel, financial modeling, and preferably exposure to ERP tools or BI platforms. • A magnetic presence — you’re as comfortable with data as you are in front of a room full of investors. • Experience in renewables, infrastructure, or energy is a plus — but attitude and drive matter more. • You’re not just looking for a seat at the table — you want to build the table.
