Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The senior accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing MIS, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

To be successful as a senior accountant, you should have a solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and strong financial analysis skills. An outstanding senior accountant should also possess strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with little to no supervision and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Preparing the monthly revenue & Cost accrual

2. Review of Profit and loss statement and Balance sheet

3. Preparation of Monthly MIS for business requirements

4. Preparation of the Budget and forecast of the business

5. Reviewing the AR and AP process

Qualifications

1. Master's degree in accounting or finance required / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter)

2. 3 to 6 years of accounting experience.

3. Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.

4. Strong financial analysis skills.

5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Strong organizational and stress management skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.

8. Ability to work with little to no supervision.
