Senior Field Service Engineer

Job Summary
- Responsible for Installation, qualification, repairs and maintenance of instruments and systems at customer sites in given territory- Responsible for technical support and training in given territory- Responsible for executing service contracts in given territory- Help strengthen the market position of Skytech Systems India Private Limited- Execute any service mission according SSPL guidelines and cGMP requirements- Clarify reason for damage, failure, interruptions, which are reported by customers, and decide action necessary.- Plan and carry out business trips cost effectively and in accordance with company guidelines.- Forward all service reports to the Service administration weekly- Update action plan weekly on SharePoint (unasked!)- Participate where necessary in trade fairs / exhibitions and Customer DemonstrationsResponsibilities and Duties

• Responsible that given targets are executed in proper manner
• Responsible to inform Regional Service Manager in case of major occurrences

Required Experience and Qualifications
BE/B.Tech: ELectronics & Telecommunication & instrumentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
