Senior Field Sales Representative

As a Sales and Installation Executive at our company, your main role will be to sell and install our products which include Business Help services such as loans and insurance for shop owners. Key Responsibilities: - Visit Markets: Daily visits to different shops in your area to identify and acquire new customers. - Achieve Targets: Meet monthly sales targets and product setup goals. - Installation & Training: Set up devices like the Soundbox and provide training to merchants on how to use them. - Customer Support: Maintain regular communication with merchants, addressing any queries or issues they may have. - Daily Reporting: Utilize our company app (CRM) on your Android smartphone to report visits and sales. Qualifications Required: - Education: Completion of 12th grade or college graduation. - Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales preferred, freshers are also welcome. - Essentials: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license and an Android smartphone. - Language Skills: Fluent in the local language (e.g. Hindi).
