Location: Ahmedabad
Salary Range: INR 20,000 – 30,000 per month + performance incentives
Experience Required: 1–4 years selling software/Digital solutions in the local market
Target Clients: Real estate brokers, channel partners, and property offices

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Field Sales Executive who specializes in closing deals and selling software solutions. The candidate will work on pre-qualified B2B leads provided by the company and will be responsible for conducting demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and onboarding new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified B2B broker leads (no field prospecting required)
• Schedule and conduct product demos (on-site or virtual)
• Explain product features, pricing, and ROI clearly to clients
• Lead negotiations and convert leads into paying customers
• Maintain follow-ups until successful closure
• Assist in onboarding and handover to support/customer success team
• Maintain CRM updates and reporting
• Collect feedback for product improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of experience selling software / SaaS / ERP / CRM products
• Proven experience in closing sales and achieving targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of local B2B markets; real estate market knowledge preferred
• Self-driven and confident in handling client objections
• Must be comfortable with field meetings around Ahmedabad
